We're looking for an Account Manager to join our John Matson - State Farm Agent office in Draper, Utah. This is a sales-focused customer relationship position where you'll help existing customers, follow up with prospects, identify opportunities to better protect customers and their families, and recommend insurance and financial products based on their needs.
You don't need to be an experienced insurance salesperson. We'll provide training and help you obtain the required licenses. We're looking for someone who is personable, organized, coachable, persistent, motivated by goals, and comfortable having sales conversations.
What you'll do
We're looking for an Account Manager to join our John Matson - State Farm Agent office in Draper, Utah. What you'll do
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Help existing customers with their insurance needs
- Quote and sell insurance products
- Follow up with prospects
- Identify opportunities to help customers better protect their families and grow their financial futures
- Schedule and conduct customer appointments
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals
What we're looking for

- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
Important: This is a sales position. Customer service is an important part of the job, but success in this role also requires prospecting, following up, asking for the business, and consistently working toward sales goals.
Compensation
Compensation
- $22-$25/hour base pay + commission
- Target total compensation of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 annually, including commission
- Additional earning potential based on performance

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
